Drive-Service began with a straightforward observation: despite being Kazakhstan's largest city, Almaty lacked a truly professional, phone-call-ready designated driver service. Taxis could take you somewhere new — but nobody was offering to drive your own car home while you sat comfortably in the passenger seat.
We launched to fill that gap. Our first dispatchers answered calls from a single office; our first drivers were hand-picked professionals with clean records and a decade of experience behind the wheel. From day one the promise was the same: arrive within 15 minutes, drive sober, deliver safely.
That promise scaled. Word spread through Almaty's restaurants, corporate event organizers and private clients. We added a Comfort tier, then a VIP tier. We expanded to Astana and Shymkent. We introduced vehicle ferry services, personal driver packages, bodyguard-drivers, and a fully-equipped tow-truck fleet. Through every expansion, the founding commitment to zero tolerance for alcohol and rigorous driver screening never wavered.

Before a driver completes a single booking, they pass a multi-stage verification process covering their licence history, criminal background, sobriety record and driving test. Only candidates who clear every checkpoint join the active roster — and they stay on it only while they continue to meet our standards.

Drive-Service was founded by people who understood Almaty's streets, its social culture and the very real gap that existed in responsible transportation.
